Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

Shipping Options

• Standard (Untracked) – Free
• Tracked Shipping – Available at checkout for an additional fee

Estimated Delivery Times

• EU: 2–7 business days
• United States: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking
Standard orders are sent as untracked letters. If you choose Tracked Shipping, you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days (EU) or 20 business days (United States) from the shipping date, please contact us at contact@mornnie.com with your order number. We'll send you a new product free of charge.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout, but we're happy to help if you contact us as soon as possible.

Customs and Import Fees (Outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the EU, including to the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility.
